Enterprise Community Partners
Founded in 1982 and with offices in 22 cities, Enterprise is a leading provider of development capital and expertise to create decent, affordable homes and revitalize struggling communities. Annually, Enterprise deploys more than $1 billion in grants, loans and equity investments to support the construction of 17,000 affordable homes.
The Rose Architectural Fellowship Program is an important part of Enterprise’s Green Communities Initiative. Launched in late 2004 in partnership with the Natural Resources Defense Council, Green Communities has deployed more that $180 million in grants, loans and tax credit equity investments to support 7,000 affordable green homes in 24 states.
